Products
The Diplomat is produced in a single limited edition of 500 units. Once sold, the edition is closed permanently and will not be restocked. Product descriptions and imagery are accurate to the best of our ability; minor variations in material finish are inherent to handcrafted goods and are not considered defects.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). VAT is included in the displayed price for EU customers where applicable. Maison Hermion reserves the right to update pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Maison Hermion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by European Union law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within the EU. Maison Hermion reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
