Shipping & Returns
Destinations
We ship to all EU member states and select international destinations including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States. If your country is not listed at checkout, contact us directly.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Each pair is inspected and packed individually before leaving our atelier. Shipping is fulfilled via DHL Express or equivalent premium carrier. A tracking number is provided at the time of dispatch.
Delivery Times
EU deliveries: 2–4 business days after dispatch. International deliveries: 4–8 business days after dispatch. Customs clearance may add time for non-EU destinations; any applicable duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Every Diplomat is inspected before dispatch. Should yours arrive imperfect, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. We do not accept returns for change of mind on limited-edition pieces.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items are covered by Maison Hermion. To initiate a return, write to returns@maisonhermion.com with your order number and a brief description.
